Artist Registration

The 2012 Whidbey Art Trail is limited to 30 individual artists with working studios. Artist will be accepted on a first come basis provided they meet the following requirements:

• You are a professional artist (actively pursuing a career as an artist and deriving a portion of your income through the sales of your art work in the arts marketplace).
• You actively maintain a studio on Whidbey Island with (preferably) a separate entrance to the outside.
• You are available and willing to allow Whidbey Art Trail patrons to to set up appointments to visit your studio.
• Your property meets all local zoning codes for maintaining a studio and have liability insurance.
• $300.00 (annual - WAT year is June 1 - May 31st) membership fee.
• Your studio location must pass a site inspection by the WAT Steering Committee to designate it as a "welcoming location".
• You agree to commit to 2 hours of volunteer time over the course of the year (task(s) to be determined by the WAT Steering Committee - i.e. brochure distribution)
